Hi everyone,

Advice please....I am going on a week long stag-do to Ibiza from Sat June 19th-Sat June 26th 2004....Its not going to your typical stag do as we are all club minded fellas going (no inflatable sheep etc) and have all been to Ibiza before. Our clubbing itenary for the week is currently planned to be;

"We Love Sundays" Opening at Space on Sunday 20th June
"Subliminal" (Opening?) at Pacha on Wednesday 23rd June
"Ministry of Sound" at Pacha on Friday 25th June

Don't laugh at the massive gaps between the nights....me and my mates are not getting any younger and it takes a lot longer to recover these days....

But, with Ministry now looking doubtful on the Friday...what else would you recommend for another quality night out?? We are thinking about Underwater, Release Youself, perhaps a night at Amnesia, El Divino, DC10 maybe even Es Paradis....your comments please would be much appreciated.
 
DC10 on Monday
Underwater@Pacha on Tuesday
Cream@Amnesia on Thursday (altho it will be rammed and full of scallies :roll: )
Renaissance@Pacha on Thursday
Pure Pacha on Friday
Defected@El Divinos on Friday

That should fill any gaps for you :lol:

For nights off, try Khumaras or KM5.

Looks like our last night on the White Isle is going to be at Pure Pacha or Defected.

Does anyone have an opinion as to the relative of either night. I have never been to El Divino so that could be different..but maybe safer to opt for me old fav Pacha although if Tong is there won't it attract the same scally type crowds as Cream??

We are there same dates as you :D Not sure what we'll do on Friday yet, probably wait and see whose playing where when line-ups are announced. Pure Pacha was quite a good crowd last year and the line-ups were awesome - we saw likes of Danny T, Deep Dish, Tony Humphries etc there. Defected was on Sundays last year so never went cos we were @ Space, I love Defected nights in London tho.

I think you're pretty wise doing it like that, with a rest in between, you'll have time to recover and feel fresh and ready for the next night! If you go out every night, you might find towards the end of the week that it's a chore & you've run out of steam! (maybe I am just speaking for myself?!?!)
 
Yeah thats the plan, try and recharge the old batteries before another night of mayhem, still saying that Barbies suggestion of DC10 on a Monday might have to be done...a bit of madness after Space on Sunday....we still have the Tuesday to recover.....then Subliminal on Wednesday and Defected or Pure Pacha on Friday...sorted!!

You can't not do DC10, get a few hours kip after Space and then straight to DC10, sorted :lol:
 
sounds like a good stag holiday! If I ever get married I'm dreading planning a hen night..... not all my mates like clubbing! And even the ones who do have started becoming sensible.
 
We have looked at it as maybe our last chance to get over there, well at least for a while, so we our determined to get it right....so many times before we have picked the wrong nights or caned it too hard right at the beginning and missed really good nights....

We also want to spend a couple of nights not clubbing..so perhaps a night at the Sunset Bars in San An and one in Ibiza Town, Base etc....

I haven't been back since NYE 2002/2003 so its been a long time and I bloomin well cannot wait!!!!
 
Yeah, that'll be me sitting in the dirt outside DC10 too knackered to carry on after a big one at Space....if you see me come and say hi!

Any of you on here who have done "We Love Sundays" Opening..whats the best time to get down there...is it best to go early say 6/7/8 am ish and wait for it to fill up or better to wait till the afternoon....let me know as I can't really be doing with big queues....

I'm stalking Scoobie, so I'm getting there at, um, midday! :lol: Got there about 1pm for the closing party last year and there was no queue.
 
Midday looks good for us too, we fly in Saturday night so a nice lie-in on Sunday get spruced up, bit of brekkie, then off we go!! Lovely.

After all no-one want to queue for ages, even in Ibiza where you can always guarantee to meet some lively cosmopolitan characters in any queue....also its no fun getting to any club too early....so Midday looks about right for us....come on!

I normally get to Space about midday, maybe pop out early evening for a couple at Bora Bora depending on on whose playing. When it was Danny T opening in 2001 and Erick in 2002 it was just too good to leave.
