in related news: according to the diario de ibiza the tower party was stopped by the police monday night as music was still on way past midnight. was already wondering how that could be legal 
what is more, ushuaia did not let police inside the venue (on the tower) (probably were wearing shorts *g*) which can mean a fine between 10 000 and 100 000 euros and possible closure of the venue up to three years (diario de ibiza). wouldnt count on it being closed though.
