Add to that Ferry Corsten in the last hour.

Like I said, my favourite hour was Deep Dish's. They did play a few of their own tracks towards the end like Dreams and Party All the Time, but the first bit was pretty good.

Yep Zarbtron, Sasha's 30 mix is still there, but dont expect his usual style!
 
whilst not my cuppa, i don't think you can question tiesto, fatboy, deep dish or even ferry as the essential mix DJs.

the essential mix has always had headliners/big names/big hitters/specials performing when live or recorded live from festivals, dance events, ibiza, etc

then during the normal essential mix calendar, there are more genres represented, more underground DJs, more producers/remixers, more artists who are 'en vogue', etc, etc
