Please can everyone follow the rules set out in a previous e-mail:-
Only use water from the water dispenser in the main office - DO NOT USE TAPS IN KITCHEN
Last person to leave at night must switch it off
If you use the last of the water, fill it up from the water dispenser and leave it to heat up
It is essential that the last person to leave the office MUST switch the machine off. It was left on all over the weekend and aside of being dangerous to leave water boiling for this long - it left a disgusting taste which meant that it had to be descaled this morning.
If we can't follow the simple rules set out above, we'll get rid of it and go back to a simple kettle.
