I have always stayed in pdb pretty much for the beach. For nice food we head to Ibiza Town as pdb can be abit limited in that department. The bars are quite pricey in pdb I found
Really? We go to this bar Kopas (on the sidestreet across from Garbi, diagonally across the intersection from the former club Kiss/Somny/Love/Masque/etc.) and it's cheap as chips.

no its not cheap.they offer two for one.but when you get bill. its the same price as two anyway.same with the one across the road oncorner as well.both have prs standing at top of street walking you down to bars.

we laugh when we see people begin walked down like sheep.mine you they do have some nice girls working for them.

Cant blame Wayne for trying

I nearly ended up working in Linekers in 2009 after meeting Wayne at S****ys....now i feel slightly embarassed to admit this

We've been going there for years and know some of the staff.

Yes, it's always 2 for 1 (which is a pain when you really only want one drink ) but the prices are definitely low. 2 or 3 euros for a pair of beers.

Deffinitly PDB for me, I haven't stayed in San An for about 5 years.

The only thing San An has going for it is the Sunsets and Ibiza Rocks.

PDB for me, being in my mid 30's I dont think Im over the hill just yet but it seems a bit more chilled and as everyone has said its walking distance from Ibiza town for a nice meal and a night out. Normally try and stay in Bali Beach apartments, bit more luxurious than places I've stayed in San An

And there's Bora Bora!

I am late 30's and would never stay in PDB. The place is like any traditional Spanish tourist resort and IMO lacks character.

The Cala Des Moro area of San Antonio with Cala Gracia beach in walking distance is a fantastic place to stay.

Curry Club, Davids, Sa Capella, Coastline, Mambo, Cafe Del Mar, Savannah, Ibiza Rocks, Itaca, Villa Mercedes, Bay Bar etc etc.

A better base for those non club nights that anywhere else. Keeping it original 80's old school!

I'd have to agree with you there, Mr Bigler .. a lot of my trips are based near Es Calo d'es Moro as it's so convenient but well away from any noise issues.

Just back from lunch at Passion in PDB as havent been near the pace for ages.

Yes, there are some nicer places, but it does not come close to San An. I found the place a mixture of pretentious wannabes and chavs and was glad to get back to San An to be honest.

Passion was excellent, but there didnt look like lots more.

Love Calo Des Moro, always sunbathe there. This Panorama makes the beach look bigger than it is though: http://www.panoramicearth.com/4137/Ibiza/Calo_des_Moro

Punta de sa Galera for me if I'm going to hang around sunbathing !! Not far away.

Watch out for middle-aged local guys cruising in Calo d'es Moro in the mornings tho' .. one tried to pick me up yesterday morning as I drove up for my post-Space swim..

What's Spanish for "no thanks, Mate - does your wife know you're here doing this ? .. and btw if I was gay I'd be after someone a bit better looking than you to be fair" ..

Settled for "las chicas no chicos" or something like that ... and he politely scuttled away

Yeah I know !! One of my mates got propositioned near Golden Buddha about the same time of the morning on a previous trip in late May by a middle-aged local Spanish guy when I let him out of my sight for a few minutes. I'm now wondering whether it was the same culprit  !!
