San Antonio or Playa Den Bossa? Help a Ibiza Virgin!

Hi everybody!
I'm going solo(ibiza virgin) this summer (1st-9th Aug) and I'm worried about my accomodation.
I know Playa Den Bossa is the best location to party: Space and Bora Bora,lots of markets and etc,but a room in San Antonio is 400 euros(total cost) cheaper than Playa 8O
400 euros for me is a lot of money!:?
So heres my question: is it possible to stay in San Antonio?I don't plan to rent a car and don't have a clue about bus service or taxi rates to the best spots.
Is the economy worthy or not?
Please help!

san an, it has just as many party spots during the day and at night you take your pick or go elsewhere on the island. bus is cheap and regular all day and night and taxis are fine if you split between a group.

por certo, san an is much more british than pdb, which has a larger mix of nationalities.

The problem spliting taxis is that I'm going alone,but I'll take my chance 'cause 400 euros is a lot of money at all

Do you want to spend a lot of time in space and at Bora bora?

Playa 'den bossa is still quite tacky, but the location is good.

The beach in playa de'n bossa is hideous!

Is there a reason why you are not hiring a car? I have gone on my own and still found it very reasonable to hire a car and you won't be able to make out to the many beaches without one.

i wish i did!;)

don't worry about sharing, there will always be loads of people to share a taxi with, just ask other people standing at the taxi queue.:D :D

yeah you might even hit the jackpot and share a cab with a pair of open minded scandinavian women who invite you back to their hilltop villa to help them finish off their moutain of beak & skipload of gary's.........which happened to me one year...and obviously i agreed......only after they promised to put gu13 on loop when we got there!! ;)

I'm not planning to hire a car for 3 reasons:
1- I'll probably(this means FOR SURE:lol:) be high or drunk sometimes and I don't like do drive in these conditions.
2- I don't want to worry about parking and etc.
3- I have no luck with cars.Last year a chick(not pretty) and one guy just smashed my car in two different accidents.. I think my ex-girlfirend put a spell on me or something :( hehehe
So if Ibiza is full of drunk and "high" drivers on summer as everybody says,I have great possibilities of a car accident :!: It's karma!

And yeah,I'll spend a lot of time in Bora Bora and Space.Maybe Playa is the spot after all.

And hey jjinit,do you have the IM address of those scandinavian girls?:lol:

Grego,seems you like portuguese.If you wanna learn specific words or something,let me know.

Tips on chicks are welcome too hahahaha
