Safeness in ibiza?

Im going with a good friend of mine for ten days.

Ive never been abroad before, i know there will be times where we want to do different things and end up on our own?

I will have a boyfriend at home so men wont come into it!

Am i bound to make millions of friends so this wont even matter?

Or should i be concious about going out alone etc.

A couple of years ago I went with one friend who let me down and went BORING after the first day - not wanting to go clubbing etc. anyhoo I just ignored him and thought right I'm going to get on with this one, and enjoy my hols! Which I did! Went clubbing on my own 2 nights, met people to chat/sit/dance with. It was a bit wierd walking back to the hotel and maybe I should have been bothered to wait for a taxi, but it was fine. In the end I met a group of 6 lads that I hung around with the rest of the holiday and they looked after me! But seriously I didn't feel as worried as I do in my home town to be honest.
Have fun and just be aware!:)
 
My wife isn't up for going out every night so there were at least a couple of occasions in each of our last couple of years/visits to Ibiza where I've gone out alone. Always meet some interesting people and have a good time. Don't worry!

Also, there are bound to be people from these forums at parties you'll want to attend. Try the Let's Meet Up section and make plans to meet some like-minded folks!
 
Just don't walk through the west end alone any time after 2am, especially if your good looking, actually that probably wont matter at that time!
 
I would have thought you would have met loads of people that would be happy to show you about - just avoid pesky guys!

You will be fine as long as you keep your wits about you. There are plenty of lone travellers who do ok and I am sure you will meet people along the way...

Just be careful after dark if you are alone make sure you tell your friend where you are going etc

just watch out for the 12yr old spanish kids who will hit on u in pdb!!! was with my girl there and those kids will hit on any chick no matter who she's with..;)
