Are there any in Ibiza? Any info about Russians coming to Ibiza would be great.

Club XIII offered some package trips back in summer 2001 and in summer 2003, Transaero had a twice-weekly direct flight form Moscow. Other than that, I have not heard of any Ibiza tours being marketed here.
Local travel agencies, specifically ones that specialize in Spain, can help you arrange your trip if you don't want to do the research. Another alternative is to work with the Russian affiliate of an international network that might be able to arrange package deals through their affiliates.
Plenty of Russians make the trip on their own (though, of course, not as many as those that go to Turkey, Egypt, Cyprus, and Spain's southern coast where there are more package deals). I think most organize their own trips.
