Really sad that Stagga has recently passed away.
Maybe not a hugely recognised name on here but he always played a brilliant set and such a humble and underrated artist.
Will be missed, and the Cardiff and Bristol scene won't be the same without him. I'm sure boomtown will give a deserved nod to him if it goes ahead in 2021. Big love x

Apparently that guy is/was a DC10 legend. Everyone called him 'Screech'. Sorry for tenuous connection to the actor's death.

My dad was a big fan. He'd probably be upset if he was still sound of mind enough to take in the news... TBH, I like jazz (and will have heard bits and pieces of his work), but am not a huge expert - I guess there will be opportunity to learn over the next few days.
