Agree with the above.

In April we tried Mar y Cel and América Restaurante in Fig. From memory, both were decent and had deals on brekkie, juice and a coffee.

To save money a short walk off the sea front to Avenida d'Espanya and there are a few to choose from.
I think it was mainly pastries but had a cheap meal deal in Mogali which was perfect for what we wanted.
And as always in Spain numerous along the parallel streets to it.

Will add a final vote for most of the places open in the morning in Plaza del parque for the additional pastime of people watching while easting.

You may have already dabbled and it's on a different end of the spectrum from Sa Capella vibes, but sardines night at Aquarium Cap Blanc was a nice evening when we did it a few years back. €19 these days for a rustic sardines and salad + entrance into the aquarium. Gonna do this. The aquarium is probably the spot where I’ve had my happiest ever moment on the island. Sat having a beer looking over the sea, whilst my daughters were feeding the fish in the cave. Hearing their excitement and joy was amazing.

this place just never ever fails.
honest menu, honest service, honest prices.
it's really all I want from an ibiza countryside restaurant. I couldn't ask for anything else.
1000000% recommended from my side as I have done so over the last 15 to 20 years or so.
it just never disappoints.

don't turn up without a booking of course and book early.

that's all - enjoy friends.

Lovely dinner, as Stivi said, this place never fails.
One of these 100 % ibicenco restaurants who are still alive and who needs to be supported.
