Me again, have been doing some serious research into renting from Sept/Oct for minimum a year but the agency fees I have seen have been a minimum of 2 months rent + tax and lots of the agencies are looking for all the rent for the year to be paid up front also. Any advice on this? Is this the norm?
I am willing to rent for a month or two from Sept 1st and see what hits the market after the season, or is this risky as there does seem to be a lot of interest in the long term house market at the moment.
BTW for all those looking for rental site recommendations so far I have been using r&r ibiza, living in ibiza, idealista, enalquiler, milanuncias, and ibizarentavilla. Some seem to have the same properties on for different prices, some never respond to info requests and others are on the ball and really great to deal with.
Any one any other rental agency recommends?
