Refunds on taxis, going to amnesia...

a little bird told me that if you get a taxi to amnesia and get a receipt for the taxi, u take the redeipt to the reception and they give u the money for the taxi... is this right???????
 
usually (in what ive seen in the past) you have to have 4 people paying full price on the door.
