Posted this question on the clubbing forum...sorry, I guess it belongs here

Hi everyone,

Last year, when my husband and I were in ibiza, we went to the restaurant facing es vedra on cala d'hort and we had the best coffee I have ever tried. It was cafe Caleta. Does anyone know the recipe for this coffee. I seem to remember lemon slices, some soft of liquor.....

Thank for your replies

The recipe that I have for Cafe Caleta:

Make a caramel of rum, brandy and sugar in a glass. Add a coffee bean or two and orange zest. Light the liquid (like a sambucca) and when the flame turns blue, add to the coffee.

I am told that it is also served at El Bigotes restaurant at Cala Mastella although I've never tried it.

It was good, but not as good as the coffee we tried there. That is to be expected I guess. Maybe more lemon..or brandy :)

Thanks for your help
