Really cant wait for ibiza

Im loving this thread on clothing.. :p

I went to TK maxx for my bikinis and tankinis.. they have some great things at the mo... i got this.. http://www.tkmaxx.com/swimwear+beachwear/tropical-print-tankini/invt/07206986/ i bought it in both tankini and bikini for begining of hols when flat stomach and after hols when all bloated from beers :-)

Primarni are great but your right everyone has the same stuff.. best bet is online.. thats how to find something unusual..

Im the same, love big chunky jewlerry, shame alot of it gets ruined after being in the sun though :? thank god for primarni cheapo jewlerry, then just mix and match it up :D

Im jst going for the chuck on some shorts and a vest kinda look 8) and then for in the day im gona get some of them netted top things to wear over my bikini :D

Oooooo i love holiday clothes :D

Agreed on TK Maxx....i actually love it in there sometimes esp when i get a really good buy and you know it would be a rare thing to see someone wearing what you have bought in there. I need a TK Maxx hit soon. Lakeside here i come :D

This thread is making me so excited. I am moving house next weekend to live with a good friend of mine and we are going to have shared bangles we both literally have a huge draw (dont think i have spelt that right) each of them. I bum bangles they are the best and thank goodness for them being so cheap and cheerful right now, I still buy the odd £12-£15 one that I cant live without but generally you can pick them up for nothing. They can make an outfit!

I dont really go to TK Maxx but def gonna give a try this weekend. I bought a couple of sheerish vest from Primarni (one was in sale and only £2 and has a faint animal print which is sheerer in areas) and they look amazing over a bikini the are longish with unlevel lengths. PERFECT

I should add I am going on holiday with some actual goddesses who are unbelievably hot with figures to die for so I will mainly be sunbathing with the boys as I cant stand near the girls haha

As this is now a very girly thread I thought I would ask would any of you recommend a spray tan before ibiza??
 
haha yeah i think this thread does need to be renamed haha, i stayed in the central park apartments, they are good for their price, if its just putting the head down then they are great, can get quite hot though and also the water can be cold but apart from that very lively and the pool is good craic, so close to everything to, ull have a ball there. Now onto clothes got a lovely purple and black swimming suit from tescos, what about shoes ladies, i have these massive wedgies but im not sure about walking on cobles lol :)

I normally body scrub every day on holiday to ensure I don't peel and I wont be able to do that! For pool action I tend to spend a lot of time on lilo dipping ankles and wrists into water to keep cool. I am thinking of having one the night before (my beautician is coming with too) and then maybe booking another one in San antonio on the sat?! I am sure they have places to do them.

I dont tan very well and def look better with colour just dont want to be a patchy mess

wow my life is full of such hard life changing decisions haha

Not at all! Seriously anything goes - from uber-dressy to right scruffy!

I see no point in buying stuff to wear over there that you wouldn't be comfortable and confident wearing when you're at home.

I tend to ere towards the scruffy, comfy side of things. Frayed denim skirt & shorts, battered leather sandals, lots of plain-ish dresses that I dress up with massive jewellery. But that's my summer wardrobe anyway :lol:
 
I was thinking the same about a spray tan before my holiday in Aug - we are going to a wedding in the South of France for 4 days - and I cant see myself getting a good tan in this country but not sure about the whole spray tan idea, think it might to patchy and streaky once you are out and about in the pool, beach etc
 
Starry - Wicked, glad our hotel is alright - not that i intend to be there that much but it seems a good base :D

Blondie - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO you cant be getting a fake tan, for many reasons, i start the sunbeds 2 weeks before i go away, nothing worse than gettin in a bikini and being all pale....its good to warm the skin up aswell, less chance of burning and you come back with a wicked tan...i literally come back black, i am not even lieing lol. Oh and its 'drawer' ;) hehe.

Bangles and jewlerry - ARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH Top shop and miss selfridge, i could spend an absolute arm and a leg in there on their stuff. Can defo change up an outfit thats for sure :D

Shoes - wedges - soooooo in right now, got a gorgeous cork and white pair from peacock, normally 20 quid but i got them for a tennner ;) thay had a few marks on so got them reduced, little do they know they bel battered up after one wear im sure haha.

Flip flops - primarni - 2.50 - cannot go wrong as they end up mega fooooked anyway :lol: but also gona get some nice ones that are designed to stay on ones foot, so i dont lose them in the crowds haha :lol:

Totally what im doing....tbh im there to have a wicked time so dont care what i look like, as long as im comfortable thats all that matters :D

Will def have a few sunbeds before stops me burning when i get there is skin is already slightly tanned, the problem I have (especially as I am getting older) is that after partying my face takes on a grey "dug up" pallor even on holiday and as foundation is a no no I need something to make me look more human.

When it come to shoes I keep it flat I may take one pair of heels but the last thing I want when I am dancing my ass of is to have to go and sit down and rest my poor feet.

I agree with Vic about the spray tan - I dont think its a good idea, just all that going in the pool, the sea, being in the heat, I can imagine it would go proper streaky and you know when it goes all weird when its coming off? I havent done sunbeds for years but debating having just a few before France.

HAY ladies.. DONT GET A SPRAY TAN..

not unless you dont want to go in the pool ever or the sea. It will come off in clubs and go all horrible. Plus once your leg hair starts growwing in you shave and it gone.. I started the sunbeds two weeks ago and have got a slight colour but legs still white- why do they always take so long?!?!

So i have went into bodycare/semi chem and got some instant fake tan and one of those glove mitts from primark and put that on a night to give it a bit extra It washes off so wont affect the exfoliating or sunbathing the next day! woo.

yeah i decided not to fret about what to wear and got for the space night ablack t shirt dress - great for me legs boobettes and comfort. and went to primark and got the bright bright almost uliminous bracelets they got at the mo.. the pinks and purples with the parrots and gems and a few bright chunky necklaces mixed with wedges and uber bright belt will do me fine.

Ive found in anywhere i go in life it dont matter what your wearing its the smile on your face and cofidence that makes you attractive.. so wooo

What you need is to drink way more water, secondly you need a good foundation not too heavy but suited to your skin type ( go to debenhams its £15 odd quid but so worth it) secondly you need some highlighter.. the best i found is tess daly in marks and sparks.. its flippin amazing. One sweep of that across your cheeks and your ALIVE..

My feet are immune to the pain of wearing heels al night :lol: and i wonder why my feet look the way they do seeing ive been wearing heels since i was 17 :?

What about tinted moisturiser ?! there are some really good ones out :)
