agree to a certain extent and its more pronounced in some places, environments, industries but i work in the public sector and the amount of positive discrimination going on is shocking.............like people just gettin the supervisory/managerial job so that a certain quota is met.

a joke when they incompetently manage the best person for the job who works under them.

luckily, it hasn't affected me yet (mainly cos of all the people i know!! )
