Radio 1 weekend?

no weekend this year, just a one off event on Saturday 13th August.

no further details released yet, as far as i know.
 
I think there'll be more than just 1 event and if u include the essential selection at mambo with tong on friday the 12th (which is gonna be a bit different and more special than the usual friday with tong there) then u can have yourself a whole radio 1 weekend actually! :D

Apparently only Fridays in August will be broadcast live on Radio 1???
