This is my fourth time in ibiza and I was thinking about checking out some of the radio 1 events as ive never been. Namely pete tong on the fri evening and quite possibly secret party/amnesia on sat  (my last night). The last thing i want is to be surrounded by chav numbnuts...other years ive mainly done bora-bora, underwater @ pacha....we love space...just to give u an idea...any comments? also ive never been to kanya any suggestions wat the best day party is? im there weds to sun...thanks

I had to go to Ibiza once when Radio 1 wkend was on, personally never again, I'd avoid the Radio 1 parties at all cost, same as in this country, when anything has a Radio 1 tie-in it just attracts loads of idiots plus will be massively overcrowded

That's just my opinion tho, plenty of people seem to love all the Radio 1 stuff but if I was you I'd explore other parties which won't attract the Radio 1 crowd.

when Tong was at Mambo a few years ago it was never rammed. Definitely busy, but not uncomfortable.

I didn't enjoy it when it was at that windmill thing in between San An and the bay. Far too many beer boys there.

I'll be avoiding the Saturday night thing at Amnesia, it'll be scarily busy.

The year I went Tongy was at Mambos and Sara Cox and others were at the old Pacha Playa bar. I think it just gets more and more commercialised every year, that's why it gets so busy and attracts a higher beer boy count

Can you imagine the crowd and how busy Saturday night @ Amnesia is going to be

we've been invited to the Amnesia thing but I know how awful it's going to be. Plus it'll mean wiping everybody out for Space the day after !

I absolutely love Amnesia for Cocoon, but hate it for Cream !

This year it's my first time in August and for the Radio 1 weekend so i'll do all i can to make it to all of thier events. And yes i know its gonna be rammed to bones, but still i must experience it, at least once.
