Radio 1 streams

Does anyone know of a way that you can download the streams from radio 1's website, i was out there last week and i would really like some of them sets on my computer.

thanks for that, i think i have read something where you download a small file but that allows you to download whillst streaming.

i sometimes just use my soundblaster software to record it as it plays...its one big wav file though.
