Questions (DC10, Carl Cox...)

Leaving for Ibiza from the US in exactly one week, can't wait! got a couple random questions as i finalize our plans.

First, what time does Carl Cox normally come on/how long does he typically play for? We don't want to miss much of his show, but if possible were hoping to hit up Sankeys towards the end of the night to check out the new venue and get our trance fix 8)

Second, are drinks at DC10 any cheaper than the other big clubs? Trying to figure if we need to plan a stop back at the hotel before going out that night once Circo Loco wraps up.

Third, any tips on where to buy SHM tickets on the island? I see its sold out online but would rather avoid paying at the door (and yes I've read the reviews, we're just gunna fight the crowds and cost on this one as we're big fans)

Can't wait to get back, this will be my third trip to the White Isle and each one has been better than the last so far!
 
re carl cox: he normally plays two sets, one short and housey one on the sunset terrace at around 10-11pm until midnight (if that's still accurate, it always used to be like that).
then he shows up again at 3am in the discoteca for his proper set and plays until close.

re drinks at dc10: yes, the drinks there are a bit cheaper than in the big clubs. as far as i can remember. a standard mixer is 10€.

re shm-tickets: you'll find them in the bars that sell tickets, no worries. just don't only start searching for them two hours before the party starts!
 
Do they ever give out wristbands or cheaper entry before 10 on CC night? I wouldn't mind going to see him on the terrace but don't fancy staying for a night in the Discoteca
 
As far as I can remember I have been to Carl Cox 6-7 times in the last 10 years and I never paid the full price.
Last time 3-4 years ago, I think it was 20eur before 10 and 30eur before 12 when I remember correctly...

It's a shame that he allways does his closing party mid of september just 1-2 weeks before I come to IBIZA for the closings.
 
Carl Cox - Sunset Terrace?

On some of the Carl Cox listings it mentions the sunset terrace. On 13/09 there is no mention of this.

I know that in the past Coxy has played on the sunset terrace early on. Is he doing it this year? Really want to go early and see him play a more housey set.

Anyone know ? Thanks in advance DSD.

Facebook is threatening a closing party sell out.

What do we think Spotters?

I'm cynical so read it as a marketing ploy to shift more tickets. I just cannot see them having no wrist bands and no on door tickets.

haha, i think if you asked 100 people to come up with some standard 'let's sell tickets for our party' text, it would read as it is on their facebook.

"Tickets are selling FAST for the Revolution closing on 20 Sept. If you haven't already, get your tickets now to avoid dissapointment!"

that said, it will be massive though. last 2 years have been classics.
