pukka up fridays at es paradis

i went to Pukka Up @ Es Paradise last friday and really enjoyed the night. The dj's weren't big superstar dj's but still played some blinding funky house. The only problem with that night was that the venue was barely 40% full, but i still danced all night and had a wicked time.

Cafe Mambo joins Pukka Up!!! // 31/01/2006
We are pleased to announce that Pukka Up will be joined by Ibiza institution, Café Mambo at our brand new bi-monthly residency @ The Cross in 2006.The ‘justChill’ arch will feature a selection of some of the hottest residents from the white isle including Pete Gooding (Café Mambo), Jason Bye (Café Mambo, Space-Ibiza), Dermot C (Pukka Up, Plastik-Ibiza) and Steve Riley (Savannah’s-Ibiza) bringing with them some of the finest chilled out gems reminiscent to the Balearic isle. and if that's not enough..... ARCH 1: 'heyBeautiful' will feature the funkier sounds of Pukka Up with an underlying element of jackin house from Pukka Up residents Andy Galea and Scott Giles as well as the residents from Rhythm @ Work's sister brand Club Spank. ARCH 2: 'uState' will be taken over by Mooch!n Allstars as Lee Jarvis, Mr Kimble and Kelvin Briscall along with Pukka Up guests Phil Drummond and Paul Jackson and host a selection of upfront house beats, while throwing in a dirty, twisted angle too (a little birdy also tells me it will be Paul’s birthday!)!
