Both nights I'll be there... hopefully those 2 don't take away from Morillo at his finest. At least I saw him 2wice in November here.

I sure hope you're kidding.

<--- boo!!

I was there last night, it was wicked!

steve lawler played till bout 3:45 then him and Morillo were B2B for about half hour, P Diddy came on at about 4:45 for an hour and a half, to start with he was miming but after bout 10/15 minutes he was soon putting on a great show, getting up and stage and in amongst the crowd for a dance before pèrtching himself on the edge of the dj box.

Funniest moment was P Diddy doing the robot and Morillo turned out an ok performance.

Wicked night tho, never experienced anything like it!!

mackie,

i'm going to leave you to tell the story of how puffy's yacht was boarded by the police after complaints about the noise from his nautical neighbours...

thanks ste - you are such a gentleman!!

Police join P.Diddy's party!
Aug.6

Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs recently had some unwanted guests at his party on his yacht.

According to The New York Daily News, Diddy, who has been having a gala time on the rave-mecca of Ibiza, had Six Spanish police officers for company after neighbours on another yacht complained about his vigorous partying.

"They asked him to be quiet. He didn't respond to their satisfaction," a source was quoted as saying. (ANI)

I was there on Wednesday and I've never seen a club so packed in my life. I just didn't enjoy it, no room to dance anywhere, barely enough room to stand still!!! And I was at Sasha's night @ Pacha last year and I've been to a few PVD Tiesto Cream parties and this was WAY more full than those.
It was that bad we left at about 4.15 and they were still letting people in!! Unbelievable. The only people who could possibly have enjoyed it are the ones who got there early and found a little corner and stayed there all night. I arrived after 2 and had no chance.
I'll put it down to experience and avoid those sort of nights in the future. I'd have loved it too, but too many people = no fun for me, I should have known but there you go.

i was a pacha on wednesday as well and it was a discrace! It was so rammed that it was impossible to have a good night.

If a club was this packed back home im sure the owners would face criminal charges!

I left the dance floor to get a drink and it was near impossible to get back on.

They where also still letting people in when i left around 4.45am.

All there are after is poeoples money they dont care about the safety of the clubbers. If there had a been a fire or an accident there is a good possibility lots of people could have died.

It was absolutely rammed but a great night, I thought Squiddly Diddly was on a bit too long though, got a bit bored of him by the end though, however my opinion of Pacha is a bit devalued since I last went

more crowded and hot than Amnesia now, little room to dance in, and one balcony looked very unfinished...I am being really picky though! I still love being on the rooftop, and it was a lot better in the main room after 6am when less crowded

yeah but you went to subliminal. if you went on thursday's you would have found the balance of people/space on the dance floor just right.

trust me.

I must have been at a different night as me and my mates and everyone we spoke to, locals included, thought he was crap. Embarrassingly bad in fact (Lawler who was on before was great though as always.)

As far as I could tell all he was doing was calling us all motherf*ckers and turning the volume down every 30 seconds disrupting the flow of the music to organise, wait for it....singalongs. Yes, that's right. He even went so far as to sing the riff from 'higher state of consciousness' for about a minute! I sh*t you not, anyone who was there will back me up on this.

Man it was bad, just thinking about it. Probably the most packed club night i've ever been to in my life as well but I don't dislike the club, they just let too many people in that night.

While we're on the subject, when are certain people going to realise that house music is fine as it is thank you and doesn't need divas or rappers trying to turn it into some MTV bump and grind hip hop party and ruining it in the process. Maybe it's me.

Pure Pacha on Friday was much better. Pete Tong really impressed me in fact. A top night with some quality original house music.

Speaking of P.Diddy he showed up as a surprise guest at the following Sundays @ Space (8th of August) as a friend of Felix Da Housecat and did some of his gangstah rapping/MCing there.
Was it a good or bad thing?... opinions r varried.
