just talked to my dad, he plans to do a private party for his 60th bday. just for a check, calls the san jose myor and guess what!: no you cant do a private party! c'mon! this gorvenment should just be in a bin! that means no more BBQs at my house like i use to do with my mates coz it will be like a private party...my neighboors are the best in the world, they never complained when i did one but what if the police comes...we are f**k then!
other thing, no more ball games on beaches, no more music, no more this no more that! this isnt normal! give us our freedom back!

what sort of penalties are going to issued to those disobeying these new laws? Are we going to get arrested for having private partys or playing volley ball on the beach? :?

u are allowed to play volley ball but only in designated areas. salinas for example: on the righ side uve got a volley ball pitch so u will be allowed to play! (u shall find me there lots of times this summer!)
for house parties, organiser of the party will get a fine but also the owner of the house! so basically if u do a house party, warn ur neighboors and invite them like we do so they wont complain!

everyone needs to chill out.

when the criminal justice act was brought in in the UK in 1994, and the infamous phrase about people gathering and listening to music "characterised by the emission of a succession of repetitive beats" (8O)........from that point forward it has been illegal to have a get together in your back garden with your mates and listen to dance music.

in theory you should apply for a licence, but it is a mockery so the coppers do nothing.

get real! can you see them raiding a bday party for a 60 year old!!:spank:
