They are bluetooth and are battery operated but will also power from a Nokia thin pin charger (same one as the N95)

i bought some different ones from the orange shop this weekend they were £39.95 on half price offer at the moment they are 20W and really good. wireless and have a good sound...... the speakers detatch from the middle amp unit. have spent all weekend getting my cds onto my phone..... :D whats the biggest mem card you can get for N95 is it 2GB

Most phone software support a 2GB micro card, plus I have not seen or heard of a card bigger than that.
