Porra Barça - Arsenal!!

The ref killed the game and was pretty inept throughout, Im sure Barca would've taken the goal and kept it at 11 v 11?? And what was the Henry booking about?? 
You always got the feeling that Barca were going to get back into it though...but as the seconds kept ticking by you did dare to believe that Arsenal may pull it off, only for Henry & Lungberg missing good chances it could've been so different, but what a substitution...Larsson turned the game....what a player...what vision. as for the supposed "worlds greatest player" apart from a few fancy "step overs" he did nowt!! So I dont know why he was milking it at the end... he must know he played crap?
Anyway well done Barca...you beat 10 men
P.s one thing that did annoy me last night, another unsavoury aspect of the Latin game (like diving) that seems to be creeping into ours...the Barca players who ran to the ref gesturing him to send off Lehman?? There's just no need, all that says is that we dont fancy this 11 v11 so send him off...not good!!!

Strangely enough, there's lots of us thinking that the referee did helped Arsenal too, so everything depends on what side you are looking from. I don't know if it was a red or it wasn't but it defenitly was a clear goal
And about ronaldinho, he hasn't his best day but the difference is that Barça it's not only Ronaldinho and if he is neutered there's other players who can lead the team.
Larson was a good change, but don't forget about Iniesta

a few years ago when Man u played Juve a similar thing happened, Puzzi (i think) brought down yorke....cole went and scored and the ref played the advantage and let the goal stand and didnt send off the keeper.....that was the right decision, how aggreived would you be Syl had arsenal won 1.0?
I worry for the world cup if last night was anything to go by!!

IMO, barcelona would have preferred the goal but from arsenal's point of view......being a goal down or being a man down.........its a toss of a coin really, either you're gonna have to chase shadows (like they did) or you're gonna leave yourself exposed by having to attack. suppose the latter is the better strategy.
worst ref decision of the night.............the award of the free-kick that led to arsenal's goal..........worst dive ever.....shocking play by eboue.:x

i watched the game in my local, deep in the heart of goonerland. it was great fun
i thought that, again, gilberto was awesome.
i really did think that the arse were gonna do it for quite a while in the 2nd half. until my mate harry popped home to change into his 'lucky' arsenal 1970s shirt. at which point barca scored twice
