My (now) husband did it by the walls of Dalt Vila, on the rooftop of where Angelo restaurant / Blonde used to be.

Thanks for the replies. I've got a few things in mind. Dalt Vila being one of them. I've heard there is view points up there to watch the sunset. Actually never been to Dalt Vila in the 10 times I've been to Ibiza since 2003
 
I proposed to my wife three years ago at the lookout point (near the watchtower) at Es Vedra. It's still the most magical place on the island for me :)

I chose the restaurant, Sa Capella near San An.
They have one table raised above the rest of the restaurant that offers some privacy if you don't want an audience - just be sure to ask for it when making a booking.

Ended up doing it at Dalt Vila. Went for a meal on the promenade, couple bottles of white. Then a couple drinks in Hard Rock Cafe before suggesting walking up dalt vila. We managed to find the lookout point at the top after asking a few people. Then got on one knee as we looked over. Both had a little cry. Couldn't of picked a better place. Then we went and celebrated with champagne round the bars.
