I was an early starter on the rave scene.

I also used to go the Drome in B'head (think we've spoken about this before)
I think my most Lpool club was The hard Dock, I can't believe I used to bop about to Jungle music.

... late 87 - involved being bundled into a car, being driven to a service station, awaiting directions, taken to a field where someone chucked a rather large "biscuit" down my neck, and I danced for 8 hours - If there had been a hood involved I think I may have feared I was being kidnapped....

However, club wise was Up your Ronson, Back to Basics, Tenogen, PSI, and Resurrection.........

What a fantastic expression

Went to the Sub Club for the 'unders' for a bit when I was 14. Then progressed to the 'overs' in Paisley (basically the same as unders in Glasgow ) before qualifying to Glasgow on completion of highers - my how short skirts went a long way

I guess though talking of 'proper' clubbing I saw the light in Ibiza at Ministry, Pacha the day after my 18th birthday - best present ever!

I dont remember if it was first Calipso in Portocolom or S'eixam in Campos. I have so good memories of my weekends in S'eixam...Both dissapeared, one is a supermarket and the other one a block of flats
