even with my failing eyesight i can see san juan on the side of the car in the lower photo. it's a balearic thing phil. even the trains in mallorca are in the same colourscheme. i think there's a news article online somewhere - the colours were the idea of the mallorquines so naturally the ibicencos don't like it. the chief copper said that people would think he was just coming back from flower power if they saw him in the new cars.......

whats the difference between the civil guard and the police....i seen both on patrol in ibiza but dont they just do the same job?? or has one got more authority over the other?? do they have different jobs to do??

personally i think the civils look mean as ****, i wouldnt mess with them lol
