Fun and friendly classes from experienced pole fitness and dance instructors! We provide training to all levels from absolute beginners to advanced polers.
Private tuition and group party bookings availible including home visits with our portable X-poles.
Our class prices and package deals are the cheapest on the island! 10x classes start at just €90 (yes less than €10 a class) we operate a strict no more than 2 people per pole rule so you'll always be maximising your progress.
