on the lower frequency" ... "im addicted to drunk" , and the other one
maybe is a depeche mode remix , it has a dark ( male ? ) voice

The Djs on the lower frequency could be - Oscar G & Ralph Falcon - Dark Beat. It's on Subliminal sessions 4 the who da funk mix. Could be wrong though!

it's additcted to drums not drunk....but yeah that's Oscar G and Ralph falcon Dark Beat.... song is on about 100 different compliation cds if you're looking for it and you can still get it on vinyl also.
