Playa Sol 2 apartments - where exactly are they?

Hi guys

Can anyone tell me where exactly are the Playa Sol II apartments? Some posts mentions PDB, some mention Figuerettas....

Last year we stayed at Mar Y Playa apartments in Figuerettas which were fab but we had to hire a car because taxis are a nightmare. Trying to avoid that this year (because car's a nightmare too, always stuck in heavy traffic!).

Does anyone know, for sure, if Playa Sol II is walking distance from Bora Bora etc? Also, is there any particular reason why it can't be booked through this website?

They are the far end of Playa D'en Bossa, but you can walk to Bora Bora along the beach - it doesn't take that long (umm, about 20 mins?). They are pretty basic but they're sooo cheap on Expedia, they're practically paying you to stay there.
 
They're in Figuretes, about 2 mins walk from Es Vive hotel towards PDB side - you can walk to Bora Bora in about 20 mins from them.

as has been said, you can walk down the beach to bora bora/space and ,depending on how much you like walking, you can walk to ibiza town too

I spose depending on how much you like walking the world's your oyster when it comes to walking :D :lol:

and about 5 minutes walking from mar y playa, were LiverpoolChick stayed last year :!:

what i mean is that if you didnt like walking till mar y playa last summer and you had to rent a car keep in mind that staying in playa sol II you are just 5-minutes-walking closer to bora bora... not much difference!! :idea:

as Barbie said, about 20 minutes between playa sol II and bora bora.....

btw, as i repeated 3000000000000000000000000 times the name of that area is es vivé... but as changing the name to the places is very common in this forum lets call it figueretas or playa den bossa or san lorenzo or san rafael or cala yogi or cala fufa!! :?

Thanks everyone for your replies, I haven't been able to log on over Xmas.

That's really helpful, I had no idea PS2 was so far out - I do like walking but don't fancy walking that much in 40 degree heat wearing just flipflops!

I think I'll be looking at somewhere closer....
