playa den bossa.....?

i go to playa den bossa on wednesday. And we are trying not to go to san an all the time. So any one know of any good bars in pdb. I like cocos. And i like moby dicks in figueretas. Needing some more bars. Please help

Last time I looked,Moby Dicks was closed,been told previous owner (Jim,the dog owner) has opened another place,down the slope next to Finnegan's.
You could try 'Jazz' :p also in Figueretas,next to Hoek,Salut....:)
 
PDB is a Ghost town now that Space isn't open during the day! I was in shock last week when I picked up my mates and there was not a single person walking aroun don the main st?!?!! Two Years ago it was packed!! Mental!

Where is finnegans about. Is that the place a few doors along for moby dicks?
 
Finnegan's,fast food place,about 50 yards on towards Figueretas from MDs,same side of the street.
Don't know if he has been succesfull in making a go of it though,was only just opening up in june when I was last there! Good luck!

Whats his new pub called. Is it easy to find. Jim is a good guy.
 
Jimmys, Stella Artois sign I think? coming from pdb get to Finnegan's,just past there,slope down on the right,door at bottom left.
But not sure if still open?....maybe someone else knows?
 
cheers for the info. Iv got his phone number so il phone him when im there. I loved moby dicks. Great wee boozer. Problem with that area is not so many british people go there now. Its more italians and they wont go to a british style pub. I hope its ok
If any one else knows anything please let me know
 
garyc, let us know where exactley Jimmy's is when you get back! used to go to Moby Dicks a few years ago, I know his brother PJ who was out there for a while!

I remember his brother. His bird had a kid did she not. Iv been going there for years and love the place. I will be heartbroken if i cant find jim and the gang
 
That's right, think moved back to Scotland after the 2006 season. I hear from him every now and then. You'll have to let me know exactley where they are and I'll go and have a drink in September!
 
will do mate. I get back on the 23rd of aug and let you know then. Il find him. I have his number and i know where he lives and know where donald etc work
 
Figueretas

I was in Figueretas last week for the first time in ten years. Had a corking mixed grill in Finnegans. Moby Dick is still up for sale and there was no pub open "down the ramp".
