so where abouts in ibiza are you? what u do in winter? wanted to stay after the summer season but want my spanish to be a lot better when i do...and discoplayer not meepin at you, was saying it as general thing lots of people have the impression that the locals are a bit weird.....
anyone know the best place to start makin enquiries bout accomodation? last year i just got a hotel room and looked in the Diario for a place...but wanna have somethin sorted before i head out this year...any ideas?

about the semi argument about socialisin only with the english....i understand the point but believe me, this will be my sixth year goin bk to ibiza, second season spent workin, and of all the dodgy people ive met 99% hav been english...and i know we're not crap people, but just seems to be the case on ibiza....and im sure everyone who knows ibiza well enough will agree the ibizans are the nicest people you'll meet if u get past the initial stand-offishness...after all just realise the english they see is the people slumped in the gutters of san an. didnt mean to ramble..just had to get that out!

I am from Mallorca I woul add that as Island people we are at the first moment very " shut" cerrados we say in spanish. Some of us with no intention of harm or antipaty we are dry at the first moment and we turn up to be very kind and friendly went we know the people. Is a way of being.

:lol: thinking about playa den bossa instead of san antonio but not to sure yet i have heard it is cheaper to stay out of san antonio anyone know if this is true, anyway cant wait now only 12 weeks to go WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! :lol:

I'm just going to add my two cents worth....I LOVE the Spanish - I think they make Ibiza what it is and without them I woudn't have had some of the most fantastic times of my life on that special little island.

Roll on summer 05....I am going out for my first season working and am going to be based in Bossa....you'll hear my accent out there - we are pretty rare in Ibiza!
