For all you travellers out there:

What amazing places have you seen on your travels? Those special type of places that everyone should see once in their lifetime?

NB! Not Ibiza! (I've seen most of that ;) )

the view from Eze Village, South of France.

Best memory of late:

Eating a rooftop meal in a berber village surrounded by the Atlas mountains in Morrocco.

Easy to get there as well, an hour from Marrakesh.

Some of my favourites

Iguassu Falls - Brazil/Argentina
Rio de Janeiro
Cuba - before Castro dies if possible
Machu Picchu - Peru
New York City - if you havent been already
Swim with Dolphins - I did it in Miami but you can do it at lots of places

Something I would really like to do is go Whale Watching in Norway. I was supposed to go last year with work but couldnt go last minute. It was a 4 day trip out on a boat in freezing waters and they let you get in and swim with the whales. Sounds frightening but exhilarating.

Brothers been there, its on my list too. Looks incredible. you see it on Planet Earth recently? They have a shot where the helicopter flies over the rim of one of the larger falls and pans down. Incredible footage. Think you can watch a clip at bbc's website. Go look!

I went to Glencoe in January, it's really a beautiful place. I love mountains, next on my list is going to see Mount Everest! (I wont be climbing up it though! 8O )

Too many to mention...

rest of South America

I live in New York City. It's really great but I feel that there are much more amazing places to visit in the world.

I understand where you are coming from and most people say that about the places they live in. But you have to remember a lot people come from places where the tallest building is about four or five floors high. So going to a City which has so many amazingly tall buildings can be a very daunting and exciting experience.
