Makes sense, just like Soho House Miami. Where in Ibiza though? I mean nowhere in PDB suitable? The Nobu Hotel location would have been perfect for them.

Although Barcelona has both a city SH (nearly two in fact), plus a seaside House.
I can definitely see both working in Ibiza.
During the winter months, a city / campo location makes more sense, which is one of the issues with the Brighton SH, once the weather turns (which is most of the year!).
