has anyone used this site for photographs? I am having trouble downloading from a CD to the site - now I am not the most technical of peeps but even I understand

click on import,
choose from which destination
then press 'import all files.'...

but its not working....

Took your advice - got him a choccie biscuit to for his trouble....... still doesnt upload properly.......
