Yep i got a basic salery of 10k then 5% of the fee

trouble is we dont get paid commison till completion so it when you sell something its like 10 -16 weeks before you get any money :-(

Still i love the job thou and i appear to be doing well ive sold 7 this month and was targeted for 5 and ive still got like a week and a half left

So if the 7 places you've sold go at say £150K (pure guess that they're 2 bed flats in the middle of nowhere and I 've no idea about property prices out your way) and agency fee are say 2%, then your 5% comes to £1050 when you do get it.

Sounds like you're quite good at it sir - you shopped around to see if you can get a better deal (particularly on the basic) now you've got some experience?
 
Thats correct mr buckers nah not shopped around yet only been doing the job 6months just listed my first property last week(which you also get 5% when it sells) so if you list something and sell ti you get 10% make sense ??

for £150 you could buy a 3 bed semi in an ok area round here flats are about 105k for really nice ones and about 65k for crappy ones.

My plan thou is to hopefully once ive learned my spanish (como te llamoas ) thats all i know is to sell real eastate in sapin and hopefully ibiza althou io guess im alon way away from that at the moment ??

Perfect sense. Well, glad it's working out. Don't be afraid to make that move sooner rather than later. People stick with low earnings far longer than they need to. I bit of confidence goes a long way. Advice unsolicited I know mate ;)

I meant to another agency for more cash, btw. Obviously, your Spanish is a must for the long term plan.
