hey all,....just wondering if pete (like last yr) is doing his essential selection live from mambo through out the summer with the friday night hot mix live on the decks downstairs (rest of the show is broadcasted from the studio upstairs) :?:
 
:lol: schweeeeeet.....i thought that was a great idea from radio1/mambo and glad they r doing the same this yr.

suppose its a bit early for guest info yet :P
 
yeah,....if his show is coming live from there on fridays,...that starts @ 7pm (ibizan time) and thats in the upstairs studio of mambo,..then for the last half hour of the show @ 9:30pm either pete or a special guest,...to be honest if its the same as last yr the guest is usually the guest thats playing with pete @ pure pacha does a half hour hot mix.

then @ 10pm it finishes broadcasting bk to the uk and the pure pacha pre paty begins,...quality night i can tell ya! :twisted:

i heard a rumour that Lottie was taking over the essential selection all summer (from London) as Pete Tong wanted to concentrate on his Pure Pacha night

the exception being him taking back the reins for the Radio 1 weekend night

that would be cool....although tong at mambo's would probably be better.

lotties nothing compared to tongy,......it was off the hook every friday night live from mambo

Makka this is what i've been waiting for i tell ya....! :D

I love Pete and i've never seen him live.....but i can't wait to see him do his show from Mambo, i'm going Radio 1 wknd so either way i'll get to see him there! :)

schweeeet man,..ur going to love it,...the radio one weekend is off the hook,...last yr with p diddy on the essential selection,.OMG the roof was on fire!!!

anyway i think its the weekend b4 or may even be that weekend its pete's birthday,....and that night where ever hes playing is hot!

maybe have to meet up m8 as me and some friends r over there that time to :D
 
they actually have REALLY tasty food at Mambo´s - just didnt like their spaghetti carbonara much......but the rest we had last year was good. They have downstairs? did I miss something (again? lol*)

THEY CHANGED THEIR MENUCARD from last year again, and we were really dissapointed with the pastas (used to luuuv their bolognese) and now it´s just.mediocre. the pepper chicken is still good tho ;)
