Strangely enough, I was at a very posh restaurant a few weeks ago in Liverpool and it was part of a very expensive dessert!!

And er... Sky, Skychaser was the name of my dads little speedboat which I loved going out on as a kid. Sometimes he even brought me back to shore if I was good....
