Killer week this week, been ill since Monday but still having to work to finish project off so

Fri - Maybe Gym and then Sleep
Sat - Working and then sleep.
Sun - Relax and sleep.

Rock n roll for me but to honest its all I can muster at the moment.

Fri: worry myself sick all day waiting for news of my Dad's op (he's in hospital and has been all the time I have been in Cyprus) - he should be fine according to the Dr's and consultants so that's a light at the end of a very dark tunnel that was last week.

Sat: Gingerfreak et all up for the weekend - Danny Howells - so a weekend of smiles and light relief

Sun: hopefully more of the above..

Mon: day off to recover
