one to one, 2 x 1 hour sessions.

didn't make me go 'sleep' or anything, just relaxed me and talked slowly while laying on bed

odd, I had one 1 hour sesh, sent me right under, came out the other side clean. hope you didn't get charged £250 for the pleasure
