Passport not stamped on entry

Please do, have a feeling someone's gonna cop despite it being Ibiza's issue. Hope it's not you! If they don't let anyone in despite their total innocence, worst that can happen is first flight back!

If we still had MEP's I'd be contacting my local one, not sure who to...maybe Ibiza Daily paper?

My return to the UK from Ibiza is next Tuesday, the 13th. Should I expect to be fingerprinted and scanned then on departure?

No. It's inbound, and only from the 15th; if you are British then simply scan your passport at the British airport. It's a rolling programme so I expect Ibiza to bring it in last!! Although hoping to have mine done on the 15th on arrival then it's out of the way. Dunno if fingerprints are scanned on leaving when it's all up-and-running??

Would seem daft if you have to give your biometrics on arrival, and then they simply do nothing when you leave so still in Schengen in effect even when you're gone?!!

Puzzles me this lack of stamping/scanning @ Ibiza, when fingerprinting/eye profiling comes in that will either have to do it or it makes a mockery of "hard Schengen borders" and the 90-day limit. If they carry on being lax then it will be harder to get into Gibraltar than Ibiza!!
 
This time stamped on arrival, so hope it's stamped homebound otherwise it'll look sus just the one stamp on its own.

Same here, not stamped on the way in but stamped on the way out on Monday evening.

At the departure gate (14) as we passed through a row of gates (only one was open for us to get through and not actually in use), I noticed in addition to the passport scanner there was also a fingerprint scanner. I think the gates were there in May but I didn't notice the scanners then.
