We didn't realise it was today til we walked past the mushroom shop yesterday and saw it advertised, so we obviously had to make the most of them still being legal

I bet you'll still be able to get them tho in the more dubious establishments just be done under the counter kind of thing ;)

THB babs, it;'s unlikely you will be able to buy them freely, as they are now Class A.

and we all know how hard it is to get hold of class As

I still think maybe a couple of places in Camden might sell them sneakily or maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part :?

What about 'grow your own' kits, can you still buy them, it might be time for me to get green fingers

Illegal too now, sadly. Although I did stock up.

It's ridiculous as it'll just make people turn to the harder stuff like salvia, peyote or even acid itself.

This tickled me (from the BBC's website):

"The first documented case was in London's Green Park in 1799 when a man who had been picking mushrooms for breakfast accidentally sent his entire family on a trip. The doctor who treated them later described in the Medical and Physical Journal how the youngest child "was attacked with fits of immoderate laughter, nor could the threats of his father or mother refrain him". "
