On the list for Sigma too but realistically can't see that happening. Would've been up since 6am and at 50, you know your limitations... 💀
 
We have a table reservation for Monday at Pikes, but if there's something trance-related there, I don't know if I'll stay there very long. Other options for Monday are Akasha, Paradise Lost or some other bar somewhere. Otherwise, the whole week is still open, because the family arrives on the island on Tuesday..
 
Last night was acers. Picked up my friends at apt and then headed straight into town. Was on driver duty but still had a lot of fun. Ran into one or two old faces I recognised. Top music & conv. Bekka & Dave (who i've both known for years) played everything from Culture Beat 'Der Erdbeermund' and dub reggae to John Farnham, Afefe Iku, Speedy J and Thompson Twins bootlegs!

The main downer at PL is the soundclash with next door outside. Perhaps a bit of 'them & us' tension but PL staff are super friendly & down to earth. They were telling me the clubs have screwed a lot of bars by offering early hours drinks deals this year, which was sad to hear.

Also, went for a wander down Carrer de la Virgen (still surely one of the most beautiful streets on the planet?) which probably isn't what it was but still has occasional signs of life. Whoever the old lady busker was on the flamenco guitar, give her a recording contract now!!

We parked up the hill as per usual. Never entirely clear what 'on kerb' parking is/isn't allowed/enforced but we got lucky in one of those 'at your own risk' moon crater sandpits.

We landed late and headed for El Santo where my wife was greeted by name and me as "and you"...

Headed to Paradise Lost about 2am until close. Good night as always chilling outside but a little tired as can't ever really sleep past normal UK time so only 4 hours or so.
