apart from the restaurant of the club (thursday to saturday) and the restaurant of the hotel (daily) sa punta, their restaurant in talamanca, is also open (daily except tuesdays, till early january) from noon till sunset (weekends till 1am)

el hotel (including el bar), sa punta and the pacha restaurant will be closed till easter!!

Pacha Winter Sessions

Pacha have joined forces with Def Mix to bring you the perfect winter warmer with an inspiring collection mixed by DJ’s Hector Romero and Juan Diaz.

"When I was originally asked by Danny Whittle at Pacha Ibiza to mix Disc one of the Pacha Winter album I felt flattered and honoured.” enthuses Hector, who is part of the of one of the most acclaimed DJ rosters in the world. Hector Romero joined Def Mix in 2000 and being the youngest of the crew, Hector brings a fresh take on house music to the company. Romero elaborates: “They respect me for my energy and for being different from everyone else.” Whether he’s rocking it out at Pacha, Ibiza or in Greece, UK, France, Spain, Italy, USA or Canada, Hector works hard at his craft, making sure clubbers have a good time. What sets Romero apart from the rest, is his ability to reach out to the masses, which makes him a favourite with promoters and clubbers alike. By pushing the boundaries of dance music, Hector is quickly becoming the face of the future. Hector Romero has now been a resident at Pacha Ibiza for 5 years on Saturday nights with the mighty Def Mix and uber cool Saw Recordings. Hectors relentless search for new sounds and his style behind the decks have made him a sure fire bet for great music everytime he plays, its about time Hec stepped up to the plate and bared his soul so enjoy his Pacha winter session".

CD 2 brings to the decks Juan Diaz, who is known for his deep, sexy house with a tough edge. He controls the dancefloor wherever he plays with a relentless groove that locks you in and takes with it. Juan began DJing in his native Catalonia in 1988, aged only 15 years old. After regularly playing throughout Spain, he gained his first residency at Pacha, Pineda (in Tarragona city) in 2000, playing weekly to a crowd of 5,000 people. In the same year, Diaz gained his first guest spot at Pacha Ibiza and joined the club’s DJ agency and their PachaFutura team. After having built his name and reputation on the Spanish house scene, Diaz took his sound onto an international level. He now plays regularly in Holland, Portugal, Malaysia, America and Italy. This summer (2005) Diaz was resident for Erick Morillo’s Subliminal Sessions at Pacha, Ibiza, playing alongside Morillo, Jose Nunez and many others. He currently holds a respected weekly residency at Catwalk in Barcelona and a monthly residency in Pacha Ibiza. In 2003, Diaz was nominated as the ‘Best Spanish DJ’ at the Miami Winter Music Conference and in 2004 he won the Prestige Award for Best House DJ in Barcelona. In 2003, Diaz also mixed “Pacha Ibiza Winter Sessions Vol. 2”.
