Pacha Vs. Privilege

Well i arrive on the 3rd of august, A friday for those of you not familiar with the workings of a calender and i've a bit of a dilemma. Release yourself at pacha or manumission at privilege??
What do you all think??
 
Well depends on what you want, Manumission is like more of a cabaret show than an actual club nite although i would recommend going at least on once.

I've not been to that Release Yourself nite so cant comment.

Fridays is Pure Pacha is it not.

Go to Manumission.
 
Release yourself is on Mondays.

Anyway, Manumissions is good if you like shows and stuff... We however, don't. Still had a good time but it was all a bit weired and out there for my liking.

I agree though, It has to be seen. You haven't lived until you've seen a tranny with an Umpa Lumpa on his shoulders.8O8O8O
 
Pacha if you want an amazing club night in IMO the best club in the world. Manumission if you want to experience it. Manumission is def worth going to once but I wouldn't go again. However I would go to Pacha everyday if I could.

Went to Pacha residents night in June followed by Manumission opening party the next night and Pacha was by far the best.
 
I'm stuck with the same problem, my mate has never been to either club, and I want him to experience both lol. I remember Manumission Mondays, why'd they have to go and change :roll::D
 
Well i've only one friday night on the island, So i think i'll head to pacha as im too afraid of wasting a good nights clubbing and alot of money by going to manumission as not sure if it would be my cup of tea!
 
I am in the same situation.

There are 10 of us going and I am telling them that they have to see Manumission (I am the only out of the group who has been) and I remember it being a brilliant night.

But I don't want to be the one who leads them to 'a weird night' where as Pacha doesn't have any negatives, nice club, Tong always plays a good set on a Friday night on Radio 1.

What do i do??
 
i liked the music at privilege. When I went fischerspooner was playing (2005). It was a fun night, they were playing things like raining again (steve angello remix) by moby. I had a great time, a night to remember for sure.
Thats when it was still on mondays. I dont know if it has changed over the past 2 years but I think it is a sight to be seen and i dont see why someone would be upset for having gone.

Personally, I am going to pure pacha and catching Homeclub at privilege because I am a huge scrumfrog fan and he will be playing with lee cabrera on the 6th of august i believe.
Supposedly homeclub is kind of sort of similar with less people.
Any thoughts on this?
