Is this just not another BS production which will eventually see the right people in the right places getting a nice backhander for their troubles, and the venue opening as intended?

Yeah something smells a little fishy....pacha buy a venue that then gets a demolition order..hmmmm

Pacha also bought Toromar close to DC-10 a year ago. Any plans for some cheeky daytime raves soon?
