Pacha/Garlands question

1 I remember seeing the dates for the Flower Power parties at Pacha somewhere a couple of weeks ago but I can't remember when they were or where I saw them so can anyone enlighten me?

2 What's the deal with the theme at Garlands? Do you have to dress to it or is it a case of you don't have to but everybody does or is it just the odd person who bothers?

you dont have to dress up but there are plenty of people who will. i found with last year (an army theme) it was best to at least make a bit of an effort with dressing up, but it is entirly up to you
