I know. Very well done. I think he's got a lot of respect for Souness too, which I'll never understand unless they just had a good personal relationship.

It was souness who was manager when he broke into the first team. He has a bit of a nack of being in the right place at the right time for that- it was Souness who gave Robbie Fowler his first team debut at Liverpool. It's probably for that reason he keeps getting jobs in the Premiership.
