owen goes to newcastle

talk about desperate to play.

his own fault for leaving in the 1st place to "win more silverware".

and we all know how that one turned out.

anyhows, his worldcup place is safe as. one of svens faves. even if he is playing shite.

Apparantly he has a clause in his contact that says he can leave after a year if they haven't won anything. Which they won't. :lol:
 
souness will keep his job for another couple of weeks and if the toon are still losing then he will probably go!!!
 
If Owen finds his touch again (I thought he looked decent in Spain, but that's a different game of course) and Parker gets back to his form of a year ago, that team could win a few games.
