Opening Parties?

We're planning on going out to Ibiza for a week for the opening parties next year.

Never done this before. When do they start? What are the best nights? When will the dates/line ups be announced?

Keen Lol, I'm the same only got back Tuesday and already looking at flights for next June

I always go for We Love Sundays Opening, I've done this for last 5 years and altho dates won't be confirmed for AGES, going on previous years I would say that it will most likely be Sunday 18th June.

The actual Space Opening wkend is always either the very last Sunday in May or first Sunday in June - that will probably be confirmed beginning of next year. If you just go for Space Opening a lot of the other nights aren't open, DC10 will open the day after Space Opening and in the last year or so Pure Pacha and Subliminal have been opening earlier in June.

I find tho that if you go for We Love Opening then the following week all the big nights will be either open or having their Opening parties so that's why it's my fave time to go in June.

Ditto that. Plan around the 3rd week in June and you'll usually hit some of the better opening parties including We Love. I've gone June 15-26 for the past 2 years and around the same days back in '02.
